Dr K K Chan & partners and 7Brooks Medical Practice - engagement work
Calling all patients and staff of Dr K K Chan & partners and 7Brooks Medical Practice!
Between 7th May 2019 and 18th June 2019 we want to talk to you about a proposal to merge the two practices into one larger practice.
Dr K K Chan & Partners and 7Brooks Medical practice in Atherton currently share the same building on Church Street but run as two separate practices. Due to several key members of staff leaving 7Brooks Medical practice, Dr K K Chan & partners took over back office functions to help out. Since this has been working well they are looking to merge the practices into one larger practice.
If you are a patient or member of staff at one of the practices we want to get your views on this. We want to know what you think would be good about this or bad. If you do have any concerns we want to know what these are and what we could do to address them!
How to get involved:
There are a number of ways you can get involved and have your say.
- COMPLETE A SURVEY
Download the information leaflet that gives you more information and then complete the survey. Paper copies are available at reception.
Click here to complete the survey.
- ATTEND THE PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP (PPG) MEETING
There will be a meeting with the patient group. Please ask at reception if you want to attend this.
- ATTEND A DROP IN SESSION
If you would prefer to come and speak to someone we will be in the practices talking to people about this on the following dates and times:
Elmfield Surgery, Ormerod House
Tuesday 14th May 2019, 9.30am – 11.30am
Tuesday 21st May 2019, 6pm – 8pm
Tuesday 11th June 2019, 2pm – 4pm
After the 18th June 2019 Dr K K Chan & partners and 7Brooks Medical Practice will review all the feedback. A report will be written which will tell you what people said and what will be done. We will post this on the website and it will be shared with the patient group.
